Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Please examine your shipment immediately upon receipt to ensure all perishable items are in excellent condition.
- 2.Document Issues
If any items are damaged or spoiled, take clear photos of the product and the shipping packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of the damaged goods to initiate a claim.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement shipment for the affected items or provide a store credit for your next purchase.
